Quit Smoking Campaign: Erm..this morning jz smk 2 sticks which i took it fr my brother w/o his notice...theft case i guess, lol...b4 its an amazing 55hrs record w/o smk. its all his fault!! who ask him 2 b @ hm, if nt i can prolong my record... argh!~!~

Temptation
Will I fall back to square 1? Tempted 2 smk tempted 2 smk...I can assured u dat e most diff moment of my life wil be nw.... 10days w/o buying ani cigarettes...that's a great achievement I guess..but hw long I can last till e battle ends? or will e battle with e nicotine b prolonging? Everytime I c ppl smk, I can say im desperate? Ya...desperate, altot that's nt a very nice word 2 use, but true! I'm desperate! Oops.. =X
My salary 4 tis mth is drying up real soon! all bcos of my shopping addiction which I picked up recently...brought a pink T-shirt(1st in my entire life) which I planned 2 buy since poly dayz, rite jude? Den brought a Puma street soccer shoes @ $49! also my 1st street soccer shoes, 1st MP3 play @ $169 and a Giordano 3/4 pants @ $39. Over-budget bt I tink its much more worth it den puffing my cash and life away...All these will b with me for years? What cigarettes left r tar in my black black heart. Scary huh?
Ohh btw recently attended a natural death case @ teck whye. Haiz..my 2nd death case attended. Its was a sad story and e lady died after suffering cancer for years n kidney problem...she fell dw fr e bed and was onli discovered in the morning. Upon arrival, her body was lying on e ground with blood on her mouth and was covered with a white cloth. That's horrible 4 mi bcos I haf 2 stand beside e body for hrs inorder for e family doc 2 arrive 2 certified her death and issuing CCOD, certificate cause of death . A CCOD haf 2 issued by a doc to officially certify her death altot e paramedic haf pronounce her death earlier on. Body shld nt b moved unless instruction by e doc, whom issued e CCOD. If there was no doc there 2 certify her death, her body will b send 2 SGH for Post-morten by police hearse n aft e decease is certified e death was by natural, den e body can b claimed by e relative. E process will b longer in the event where's no family doc 2 certify. if a CCOD was issued, e body den can b process 2 cremate or bury. So better engaged in a Family Doc now if not ur body may b left @ scene for hrs where no doc will certify ur death(No offend 2 e deceased) and will b sent for post-morten!

Erm..there r gd n bad news.
Bad News
Since e 1st day i intend 2 quit. My best records was 24hrs w/o a stick. Pretty impression for a regular smoker like me. But bad news is dat i smk everyday since e day i intended 2 quit...
Good News
But its been 1 wk since I last brought Cigarettes. It's a gd sign bcos if i stopped buying, i'll haf a great impact on e cig i smk daily n gradually i'll cut dw e no. of sticks I requests fr my frds. I'll try 2 kick e habit of smking @ certain period of e day, etc waking up a stick, walking 2 tk lrt a stick and most impt aft meal a stick!!
Altot e results is nt dat significant bt there's r so much room for improvement. Cheers 2 howtarts! jia you jia you!

My Savior had arrived...
Erm..its nt a matter of life and death bt in e long run, it gonna b my savior..may b its too early 2 say bt so far so gd...

im refering to Nicorette Inhaler...
Rem that i told u abt nicorette lozenge and chewing gum? it doesn't work well on me...y i turn back 2 smoking aft all those treatment? its a habit 2 hold on 2 something when u smk...we called that habitual needs? Day in day out u pick up a stick n puff...slowly as days goes by..it will formed up a routine? what's u mean by routine? as for me, i'll usually light up a cig when i woke up, that's when ur body nicotine level is low and u need 2 take in inorder for ur "nicotine level" to rise to "comfort zone", when u person din nt refill e nicotine 2 their body needs, we experience withdrawal symptoms. I'll light up a stick when im on my wy out or even my meal? we called that habitual needs...
there r 3 needs that form up our desire..habitual, psychological and physical needs. psychological needs refering 2 all ur mind thinking...u kept telling urself that u need a puff, its like psycho-ing ur mind 2 light up a stick. physical needs refering 2 ur body needs...its when ur nocotine level is low...u neeed 2 refill...actually all 3 needs is similar in nature..n usually it will form up 2 stop ppl fr quitting...so its nt easy 1 quit and i said that umpteens time!!

next i tried chewing gum...chew a few m i felt like vomitting!! brought 1st pack n cant even finished it!
last i tried incorette inhaler!!! so far so gd leh...10hrs nv smk when i blog this entry. what's a nicortte inhaler? NICORTTE is a brand and i tink it forms up with 2 words NICOTINE and CIGARETTES = NICORETTE. c im so clever..haha..enuff for e rubbish. so this package comes in 1 inhaler and 18 cartridges.

u open the inhaler fr e middle, insert e cartridge close it. e inhaler design in the way dat comes in shape edge in the interial and its "POKE" open e alumnium part on e cartridge when its closed. 1 cartridge contains 10mg of nicotine and 4mg of nicotine will b delivered(i dun get wat it mean on e instruction menu) bt 4mg is equivalent of 4 sticks of cigarettes dat can b replaced.

its 24++ per box and it can last u 3-5days. tk it as 4 days... so each day abt $6? as compared 2 my 10-sticks-per-day(cost ard $5.50 as 20sticks sold @ $11) its just another FIFTY CENTS more..it can save my life! Wow...amazing huh..hopefully this time ard i can make it ba. If not i dunno wat can help mi fr qutting....u guys haf ani suggestion beside that?

Leave Spell... 10th-15th June
willl b taking 2 days off for 12th and 13th June. which mean I'll nt b ard in NPC fr 10-15th June. 6days in a row...finally can haf a peace of mind @ hm...still gt 30 over days of leave 2 clear. Lolz...gt chance jz grab lor...no pt working so hard when member of public dun appreciate ur effort. Will vomit blood when I tok 2 them. Haf 2 put a smile infront of them lor...some of them even YAYA PAPAYA..like 2 show off as if they knw e law well...cant stand them lor, bt still ..hang On!! will b celebrating my 1yr anniversary on e 14th of June 2005. It's been a yr since I stepped in the police academy as a trainee. still 4 more yrs to go...kaoz!! 20% done nia..1 thing 2 look forward is Mid-yr bonus on July pay. whaha...plan 2 save up some $.
My plan always gt disturb by some other factor n in e end I cant save up a single cent! fed up sia...sometimes I oso dunno wat went wrong...may b gt $ liao buttock itchy! Rem 2 $1-coin-system? It's burst liao lor...haiz...its all my fault!! nw gt no savings le.. Aiya need 2 buck up liaoz if not future will b a poor man on e street begging for foods. =P
