Workout at home

I like the arch at my back and the compactness felt on the shoulder blade. Been carrying weights at home while watching variety show and it shows certain effect on my shoulder, a little.

I'm not muscular but I just want to appreciate my toner upper body, just a little part of me.

Mum's 60th birthday gift.

My mum was hinting me for her 60th birthday present on 28th this month. To fulfill my filial duty as a son, I ought to pamper her a little - bringing her to goldsmith shop. Should treat my mother as a girlfriend as I tried to imagine that. The necklace doesn't cost me much - $1300, considering I've spent so much in drinking and what is $1300 to me, if I am able to make her happy for the day. She said that the gold necklace is actually mine in future, the day she's gone. That's the oldies thinking but I never had such a thought in life.

Tried some bracelet on hand and gold is never my toy. Instead, I fancy a 916 silver coated gold ring (actually it's the same price as 916 gold) and it costed me another $700.

Sum up the day with another purchase of another gold necklace with pendant @ $1030.

I walked out the goldsmith shop $3000 poorer.

Holiday trip booked

Don't ask me why, I'll be away next month from 2th - 16th October. An astonishing 15 days away from home. I planned that and got my leave approved after some struggling debate with the bosses.

I always think that a holiday vacation should be long and it will make the journey worthwhile. Half a month to most is way to long but it's going to materialize anyway. :)

ALS Bucket Challenge

I was challenged by someone on facebook and a nominated participants to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on my heads. I have 24 hours to comply or forfeit by way of a charitable financial donation and it went viral throughout social media. Under the intoxication of alcohol and the availability of an ice cool bucket courtesy of the bistro assistant, I started filming my act of stupidity. I lift up my courage and pour it over my head without much hesitation - Mission Accomplished.

8 flowers wonder

8 Flowers 

After the my cousin's spectacular mahjong game play, I had mine yesterday - 8 flowers. The game considered ended after collection of all the 8 flowers and it is very rare to get it. Purely lucky and it is Max Tai! First time in my life that I collected all 8 and even took video after the 7th been collected.


Not a bad week to end after I have won $665.
