Post Vacations Syndrome

04:00 on the clock now and I am diagnosed with Post Vaocations Syndrome

I think I will go to work without any sleep. I am quite excited for work considering that my last day of work was on 30/09/2014. Yes, you are not wrong, I am saying that due to the fact that I was away for 18 days and plainly vacation. Some peoples are so jealous about the duration of leave which I'd took. Thinking back, it's quite ridiculous to take such a long leave and I am fully charged.

This Thailand trip (02/10 - 16/10) which I took was a simple living type with a day of stay at the local hospital. I was suffering from food poisoning arising from the street food (chicken rice and egg) which I took. Vomited with food, reddish, yellow followed by green liquid. I can form up a traffic light in my stomach.

Believe me or not, I am immune on the addiction of alcohol, 2 days off from that and standing at 78.2kg. To my surprise, my weight maintained. Should be going back to some running real soon and I am so so missing this in my life.

For now, it's a real battle to deal with sleepiness.

Shutting down my mind from Singapore

It's the end of the 6 days of bkk trip with alcohol at night, 6 days in a row. Heading off to pattaya now in a bus with an hour to reach. Along the way,met up with some new peoples and learnt a few Thai words and took many nice songs off the club. Trying to become a protester after buying some props which I think the final product has a good effect as a whole. Mum's worry about me due to the bkk that applied the state of emergency on 23 Jan. I'm fine and even actively using my online apps, uploading photos in Instagram and Facebook. I'm enjoying every bits of my time without smoking.

The day past by like a flying arrow and it's almost come to an end. I'm glad I did not leave any sadness like what I'd done in the past.

Met Nest, Justin's cousin who bring us around everyday. Although he can't speak good English but he's a funky guy who joke a lot.

Met Eve. Someone who take care of me in Chiang Mai during the last trip and it's feeling good to see her once again and got herself a boyfriend. Visited her at her work place - Marriott hotel, with a fine dining couping on an expensive price tag and it scares two of my friends here. - Xiang Wei and Joseph. A steak here cost more than a hundred sin dollar.

Joseph, a complete stranger whom we met here in the airport, friend of friend of justin. Coincidentally he's here alone from Singapore and arrived almost the same time as us. A young fellow that we meet everyday. Somehow to compensate a friend who's not here. Not too lonely everyday when I'm alone in the hotel mostly drunk at night.

Still in the bus blogging with the small keyboard of my hp. I think the only way to go far, is really to go slow.

a BIG BIG BIG test for me in Bangkok

16th Jan
1925hrs, Sg time
1825hrs Bkk time
(Corrected time)

Offline mode - Currently on the plane to Bangkok, embarking the 10 days journey. It's crucial for this period. Tendency of smoking is exceptionally high due to past overseas track record. I can feel the urge of it at the airport earlier on. Been sneezing for awhile and what's wrong with me?

The nicotine immunity was lifted once I was leaving the state, the curse I wanted to break free from and it's a big test for someone who have just quit for half a month. I am not spreading my anti smoking campaign anymore cause I've failed so many times. Adamant tarts, keep going till the day you died.

Political unrest in Thailand now and I know it's not the right time to go. But flight and hotel were all set before the election issue of the Thai political opposition party took place. I would not know what to expect there but I guess many shops would be closed and a lot of work on my foots as public transport like taxi is greatly affected. Way back in 2010, my first trip there were also affected by political unrest and I hope this time round it shouldn't be a big issue but it caused one of my friend to back off. 1 down 2 to go. :)

The plane should be touching down real soon, I will try and squeeze every bit of my hidden super power to resist and prevail. Stay tune.

Bye Singapore, not until 25th Jan!
